At Arsenikbutik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your recent orders to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
